Man, that was so tough! I wanted to do all of the Sculpt pyramid but I just did not enjoy it that much >.< I knew I could do it if I wanted to, but it bored me so I just moved on to the Flow - which was surprisingly killer again like the last one. Amazing how short the Flow sections are, but I really enjoyed it a lot more than the Sculpt and it worked me more too! Haha, strangums. Also, the Burn section has no reps recorded because it was so fast paced I couldn’t keep track! I did good though!

I couldn’t stop munching on my cashew nuts from yesterday this morning while I was waiting for Frazer to wake up xD They are so yummy and much better without a ton of salt thrown on them! Yay for even healthier food and lots of protein! <3

But it’s shower time now, it’s a nice day, so tis going to be a quick one so I can go enjoy this sunny weather with my boy! =)

I have been eating healthy and going to the gym regularly now for a couple weeks.  However, I need to get more serious with both.  

Goals this week:
1. gym 1 hr x day
2. 1 banana a day
3. limit snacking

Breakfast
-oatmeal with half banana and blueberries
-apple

Lunch:
-3 eggs with small amount of chicke
-cashews
-apple

-cheat: pan au chocolate.  I have not had one in over a month so I thought I would enjoy one.  It was damn good but all having one did was make me want more but no more for me!

Dinner: 

Gym 8:30-9:30AM
